Carolyn’s voice has been praised for its warm, lyric, mezzo tones with great power and flexibility with a well developed high range. Hers is a big voice that easily fills a room. She has been performing in the area for more than 10 years; she has performed at several church services in central Maryland, and has performed for the Daughters of the American Revolution at their National convention and at their Maryland State convention. She has sung with the DAR choir, with several church choirs, and with the Maryland Central Chorale. She has also competed at the N.A.T.S.regional vocal competition. Carolyn studied classical voice with Dr. Sandra Jarret at Salisbury University, then went on to study with Dr. Martha Randall at University of Maryland. Carolyn’s presence, on her 6 foot frame, is undeniable.

A soprano for all seasons.

Carolyn calls Maryland home and usually performs in the Central Maryland and DC Metro areas. Please contact her for more information.
